Antigua Beach Reviews
Long Bay Beach, Antigua
Remember, every beach in Antigua, 365 in all, is public. Long Bay beach is one of the loveliest and the home of Pineapple Beach Club. Here, you can have a little of everything. The waters are shallow and crystal blue with a pretty spot for snorkelers that is shallow enough for children. The beach has a very small vendor's area with wares like little rag dolls, sarongs, T-shirts and local crafts. There is also a small water sports area where you can rent a windboard, snorkel gear and more. One of the best things there is the convenience of having lunch options. You can stop at Brownie's for a beer and a local lunch for terrific value, or you can have a fancier meal alfresco or under a covered pavilion at the Long Bay Hotel restaurant. The beach is rarely crowded unless it's a Thursday or Friday when cruise ship passengers make a beeline for this location.

Castaway Beach, Antigua
Castaway beach is a Sleeping Tourist Favorite. Secluded, with hardly any vendors, this is the ideal Antigua beach for relaxation, sun, and fun. Watersports are available, as well as umbrellas and beach chairs. The sand is the softest, whitest sand you will ever see, it looks like sugar! And the water is clear and perfect, just overall a beautiful place! There is a lovely little beach front bar that serves hearty portions of sandwiches, snacks, beer, and delightful tropical drinks! Visit Castaway Beach in Antigua if you are after a day of relaxation. The crowds are minimal and the beach is delightful.

Green Island, Antigua
Located just off the east coast of Antigua, this uninhabited island just off the east coast of Antigua and offers a wide variety of pristine white sand secluded beaches to discover. It is a popular stop for many Antigua sea charters and excursions and offers many opportunities for some excellent snorkelling. This island is perfect for a day sail or a beach picnic. Some of the commercial catamarans make it a destination but chances are you'll be without company.

Dickenson Bay, Antigua
Active watersports and boating haven on a long white beach with clear sparking waters. Home berth of the Jolly Roger; location of Antigua Village. Anchorage Hotel, Buccaneer Cove, Siboney Apartments and Halcyon Cove Resort. If you want peace and quite, just walk past Coconut Grove, and you are almost garanteed to be the only person on the beach. A good idea is to walk to Sneaky Pete`s, get a drink and watch the sun go down.

Carlisle Bay Beach, Antigua
This beach of Antigua is located by the village of Old Road. It is situated on Antigua's south coast. Carlisle Bay Beach offers clear waters, fine sand and exceptional snorkeling, where you can discover a wide diversity of tropical fish.
